Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Cardiff, South Wales
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000
Contract: Permanent | Full-time

A well-established environmental consultancy is looking to recruit a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across Cardiff and the wider South Wales region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a consultancy offering a structured workload, balanced site portfolio, and long-term stability within a supportive team.

What's on Offer

* £36,000 - £40,000 salary
* 22 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off
* Company vehicle provided
* 40-hour working week
* Timeframe negotiated bonuses
* £100 annual bonus
* 70/30 split (domestic/commercial)

The Role

* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys (HSG264)
* Work across domestic and commercial properties
* Produce accurate survey reports
* Ensure compliance with legislation and HSE guidance

Requirements

* BOHS P402
* Experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
* Full UK driving licence
