I am working in partnership with a well-established housing organisation operating at scale, committed to regulatory compliance and resident safety, with strong investment in asset management and compliance functions.
Description
Manage asbestos inspection and re-inspection programmes
Oversee contractors delivering asbestos surveys and remediation
Maintain and analyse asbestos data for compliance
Provide technical advice to internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with statutory health & safety requirements
Support wider compliance and asset management functions
Profile
P402 / P405 qualifications (highly desirable)
Experience managing asbestos programmes in housing or property
Strong data management and compliance knowledge
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
