Marble Talent are recruiting on behalf of a well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor covering Kent, North London and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor looking to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation within the asbestos sector. The role will focus exclusively on domestic properties, carrying out a range of asbestos surveys across residential housing stock.
The Role
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
* Survey a variety of domestic properties across Kent and North London
* Produce accurate site notes and reports using tablet-based systems
* Ensure all work is completed in line with HSG264 and UKAS standards
* Maintain excellent relationships with clients and residents
* Work independently whilst managing your own diary and workload
Requirements
* BOHS P402 qualification (P403/P404 advantageous)
* Minimum 1 year's asbestos surveying experience
* Strong understanding of HSE legislation and industry guidance
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Package
* Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
