Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Watford, Greater London.
Salary / Benefits £24K - £40K + Training + Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and diligent Asbestos Surveyor to join an industry leading Asbestos Consultancy. The successful candidate will have experience working on Commercial, Domestic, Local Authority, Healthcare and High Security sites conducting asbestos management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client can offer further training for Pcert modules, company pensions scheme, generous holiday allowance, life insurance and private healthcare.
The client is open to location and consideration will be given to candidates with good access to the M25 / London region. Good locations include: St Albans, Hertford, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Cheshunt, Harlow, Brentwood, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Dartford, Bromley, Orpington, Rainham, Gillingham, Canterbury, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Royal Tonbridge Wells, Ashford, Croydon and the surrounding areas.

Experience & Qualifications:
" BOHS P402 is essential to the role.
" Will have a proven track record working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy working as a surveyor.
" Will have exceptional knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Able to communicate and manage workload efficiently.
" Familiar using industry relevant systems e.g., TEAMS / TRACKER.

The Role:
" Management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs.
" Correctly bagging and labelling ACMs prior to sending to the laboratory for analysis.
" Ensuring work is carried out to HSG 264 guidelines.
" Producing comprehensive, site specific reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice.
