Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Enfield, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £30k - £44k DOE+ Training & Benefits
This UKAS accredited asbestos company is looking for a keen and diligent Asbestos Surveyor based in the South East. You will need the BOHS P402 or equivalent and have a strong work history as an asbestos surveyor, able to liaise with clients providing technical advice, completing asbestos surveys and collecting ACM samples. Experience / Qualifications:
* Acquired the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent
* Worked for a UKAS Accreddited company
* Good working knowledge of HSG 264
* Confident in IT software
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Enjoy working on commercial sites
The Role:
* Undertake Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Reinspection surveys
* Answering technical queries and providing specialist consultancy advice to clients
* Producing accurate and detailed asbestos reports
* Collecting ACM samples from site
* Delivering samples to the lab for analysis
* Adhering to safety guidelines
