What You’ll Do ????????‍♂️
⚠️Lead Projects: From the initial planning stages to the final inspection, you’ll oversee all aspects of asbestos removal projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and regulatory requirements.
⚠️Be the Client’s Go-To Person: You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they’re delighted with the services.
⚠️Manage Your Team: Lead, motivate, and support skilled asbestos removal operatives, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and deliver top-notch work.
⚠️Ensure Compliance: Stay on top of all health and safety regulations, making sure every project complies with HSE guidelines Asbestos Regulations
⚠️Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and safety requirements.
⚠️Document Everything: Keep detailed records of all project activities, including risk assessments, method statements, and incident reports.
⚠️Allocate Resources: Efficiently manage labor, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track and within budget.
⚠️Train and Develop: Provide ongoing training and support to your team, helping them stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and safety procedures.
⚠️Solve Problems: Quickly and effectively address any issues or challenges that arise during projects.
⚠️Report Progress: Prepare regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and any issues encountered, keeping senior management in the loop.

☑️You have strong project management skills and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
☑️You’re an excellent communicator with stellar interpersonal skills.

☑️You have a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
☑️You have a valid driver’s license.
