HOURS:                    37.5
SALARY:                   £30 - £35k
DURATION:               Perm
Are you ready to make a real difference in the community? Our client, a national Housing Association is looking for an ASB Officer on a permanent basis and be part of a dedicated team across Bristol and serving customers across Somerset and Gloucestershire. With a starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000, this is your chance to proactively manage a complex caseload and contribute to creating safe and inclusive environments for our residents.

Proactively manage a complex caseload and seek creative solutions for positive customer outcomes

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partner agencies Preferred Requirements:

Previous experience of handling complex ASB cases
Strong IT skills including MS Office
Experience of dealing with challenging behavior and resolving conflict
The ability to establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships
A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience of delivering ASB-related housing management services
Transferable skills and experience from a similar type of customer-facing role
