Baird and Co Recruitment, a specialist Social Housing recruitment firm, are currently working in partnership with a High-Wycombe based provider in their recruitment of an interim ASB Case Manager.

The ASB Case Manager role seeks those with previous experience in Social Housing.

Initially for two months, this is a hybrid position with 2-3 days a week in the office.

The ASB Case Manager will have several key responsibilities, including:

* Manage a caseload of ASB cases including the most serious and complex cases across our area of operation including in general needs, Private Sector Leasing and supported accommodation

* Ensure that ASB cases are managed in line with published procedures and policy, confidently using all available enforcement tools to achieve effective outcomes to reported problems

* Give accurate and appropriate advice to people making enquiries about or reporting ASB, including our own policy and those of other agencies, being clear with customers where their responsibilities lie

* Adopt a proactive, customer-centred approach to case management, actively working with complainants to resolve cases for the benefit of our customers and communities

* Accurately update and maintain all details relating to new and ongoing ASB to ensure that appropriate audit trail and performance information can be generated

* Identify and progress safeguarding concerns in line with policy and associated guidance

In order to apply for the ASB Case Manager role, the below is required:

* Extensive experience in ASB

* An availability for temp contracts

* A full driving license with access to your own vehicle
