Job Profile for Artworker - Cardboard Packaging - MC(phone number removed)
Artworker required for a packaging manufacturer (corrugated) based in Newmarket. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have design or engineering qualifications with experience in packaging.
Artworker - Cardboard Packaging - Packaging Position Overview
Upon receipt of a customers artwork brief, create a low resolution PDF file for approval, flagging any concerns with the customer
Ensure approvals received in a timely manner to allow files and/or printing plates to be available to production ready to run the job
Assist with and provide proactive advice to customers directly and via the sales team where necessary
Assist with troubleshooting when issue arise on the shop floor on printed jobs
Artworker - Cardboard Packaging - Packaging Position Requirements
Proficient in use of Adobe Illustrator, and experience of artworking for cardboard packaging is preferred.
Artworker - Cardboard Packaging - Packaging Position Remuneration
It would be a role based at Newmarket, (phone number removed)pm - 40 hours a week.
Salary wise its dependent on experience but I have in mind somewhere between £30-£35k, + a production bonus scheme which yields up to 6%.
