Description:

Are you an Artwork Manager who knows packaging and print inside out?

Do you thrive on managing complex projects, solving problems and making sure every detail is right before it goes to print?

The Advocate Group is proud to be exclusively partnering with Monster Energy to find an Artwork Manager to join their EMEA NPD team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The Business

Monster Energy is more than an energy drink — it's a lifestyle. With a globally recognised brand, a fast-paced culture and an ever-growing portfolio of exciting products, this is an opportunity to join a business where no two days look the same.

You'll be joining the EMEA NPD team at an exciting time, supporting a busy portfolio of projects across a complex and growing region.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Artwork Manager to take ownership of complex packaging artwork projects from brief through to print.

You'll be the person making sure everything is technically correct, on brand and delivered on time — working closely with Creative, Project Managers, printers, packaging suppliers and bottlers across EMEA.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of responsibility, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, confidently manage multiple projects and solve problems when things don't quite go to plan.

What you'll be doing:

Managing packaging artwork projects from initial brief through to proofing, approval and release for print.
Reviewing and approving artwork proofs, print specifications, colour drawdowns and die-lines/cutter guides.
Working closely with Creative, Project Managers, suppliers, printers and bottlers to keep projects moving.
Managing multiple artwork workstreams and competing priorities across a busy EMEA portfolio.
Troubleshooting artwork, proofing, print and supplier issues to minimise risk and keep launches on track.
Supporting packaging-related projects around compliance, sustainability and continuous improvement.
Helping improve processes, systems and ways of working across the artwork function.
Supporting and developing junior team members where required.

What we're looking for:

Experience in packaging artwork, print management and FMCG project delivery.
Strong technical knowledge of packaging artwork, print production, proofing, colour management and die-lines.
Experience managing artwork projects independently from brief through to final print.
Comfortable working with printers, packaging suppliers, agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
Someone highly organised who can juggle multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
A natural problem solver who can make decisions, manage risk and keep projects moving forward.
Experience within FMCG, packaging or another fast-paced consumer environment would be highly beneficial.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's most recognisable and exciting brands, working across a diverse EMEA portfolio and getting involved in a huge variety of packaging and innovation projects.

If you're an experienced Artwork Manager, Packaging Artwork Manager, Print Manager or Packaging Project Manager looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
