Role Overview:
As an Art Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to nurture students' artistic talents and help them explore a wide range of mediums and techniques. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging art lessons that encourage experimentation, critical thinking, and self-expression.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver dynamic art lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Teach students various art techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
Provide guidance and support to help students develop their artistic skills and creative confidence.
Organise and oversee art projects, exhibitions, and competitions to showcase students' work.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported and inspired.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
UK curriculum knowledge.
Strong background in art with a passion for teaching.
Experience teaching art at the secondary level is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
