About the Role:
As an Art Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the artistic talents of students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging art lessons, encouraging creativity, and fostering a love for the arts. Your passion for art and education will help students develop their skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality art lessons to students across various age groups.
Planning and preparing engaging and inspiring lesson plans.
Encouraging students' creativity and self-expression through various artistic mediums.
Assessing and evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Organising and displaying students' artwork within the school and at exhibitions.
Collaborating with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Previous experience teaching art at the secondary school level is desirable.
Strong knowledge of art history, techniques, and materials.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
