Art Teacher

A Good Secondary School in Kensington and Chelsea are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Art Teacher to join their school on a part-time basis, 2.5 days per week, starting September 2026.

Art Teacher

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and supportive Art Department. They are looking to appoint a talented and creative Art Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across KS3-KS4.

You will work alongside an experienced team to inspire students, develop their creativity and help them build confidence in a range of artistic techniques and disciplines.

Both experienced Art Teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.

As a member of the Art Department, you will deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, encouraging students to develop their creativity, technical skills and understanding of artistic processes. You will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing lessons while creating a positive and inspiring learning environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in Art and Design at secondary level
Ability to plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons
Experience teaching KS3 KS4 and KS5 Art
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills with students, staff and parents
Commitment to supporting students' academic and personal development
