Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Art Teacher to join a welcoming and successful secondary school in Surrey from September. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational teacher to deliver engaging Art lessons and encourage students to develop their creativity, confidence, and artistic skills.

Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and ECTs.

The Role

Teach Art across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential).

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of art.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing high-quality feedback.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

Contribute to the wider life of the department and school.

The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Has a degree in Art or a related subject.

Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Is passionate about inspiring young people through creative learning.

Has a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
