We are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Blackpool, Lancashire to recruit a passionate Teacher of Art & Design for a long-term temporary role starting in September 2026.

Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Art & Design to join a well-established secondary school in Blackpool, Lancashire from September 2026. This long-term temporary position is guaranteed until Christmas 2026, with the possibility of extension still to be confirmed.
The school is a well-regarded secondary setting that received a 'Good' rating at its most recent Ofsted inspection. Staff benefit from a supportive leadership team, positive relationships across the school and an environment where both students and teachers are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Art & Design within a UK secondary school.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
A passion for inspiring creativity and engaging young people.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
