Area Visual Merchandiser | West London | Fashion | Salary up to £35,000 + Bonus

Location: West London
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Monday to Friday role, Support weekend trading during key seasonal and peak trading periods.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised Area Visual Merchandiser to join our growing fashion retail business.

As this brand continue to expand, you will play a key role in ensuring our concessions consistently deliver a strong, on-brand visual experience that attracts customers and maximises sales. Working across multiple locations throughout West London, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent visual standards while responding to seasonal launches, campaigns, promotions and commercial priorities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great visual merchandising is not just about how a store looks, it's about driving customer engagement and commercial performance.

Visual Merchandiser Key Responsibilities

Manage visual merchandising standards across an area of fashion concessions.

Deliver seasonal launches, campaigns, window displays and promotional activity.

Maintain consistent brand standards across all locations.

Work closely with Head Office at all times.

Use sales performance and commercial insight to influence merchandising decisions.

Coach and develop store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practice.

Ensure new product launches and range changes are implemented effectively.

Keep up to date with fashion, retail and visual merchandising trends.

About You

You will be a creative thinker with a strong commercial understanding of fashion retail and the confidence to work independently across multiple locations.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in Visual Merchandising within fashion or retail.

Strong knowledge of commercial visual merchandising principles.

A good eye for detail, colour, styling and presentation.

A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between concessions across West London and surrounding areas.
