Area: Herts, Cambs, Essex, Herts, Beds, East Anglia

The Role Area Sales Manager - HVAC - Social Housing

* As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for specifying the company's heating and renewable products (boilers & air sourced heat pumps) into the Social Housing market, Local Authorities, Housing Associations - dealing with the new build market.

* As Specification Sales Manager, you will be liaising with Asset Managers, Operations Managers, Estimators etc through to C-suite / level decision makers.

* Tasked with winning and tracking specifications you will target Social Housing / Housing Associations / Contractors / Installers / Regional Developers & Frameworks.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager

* Experience selling a HVAC or Plumbing & Heating or KBB or electrical or technical products i.e. into social housing, councils / local authorities (specification sales)

* Our client will also consider candidates that have sold into M&E consultants

The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager

* up to £53,000 basic

* 20% OTE
