Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a leading manufacturer of compressed air technologies.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remotely, covering the Scotland selling and managing key accounts of compressed air downstream equipment at customer sites in to various industries.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling, servicing or managing accounts for compressed air filtration, condensate technology, compressed air chillers & dryers or similar downstream equipment.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role
Managing a number of key accounts via distribution channels and OEM customers of compressed air downstream equipment such as air filtration, condensate technology, compressed air air chillers, dryers, blowers & dryers, filtration & more in to various industries.
Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling compressed air downstream equipment.
Maintaining new compressor sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
Working closely with the Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Fully remote, covering Scotland.
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements
Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar within the compressed air industry.
Compressor Service Engineers with downstream experience looking to come off the tools and progress in to a sales roles would also be of interest.
Good working knowledge of compressor air downstream equipment is advantageous.
A technical qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
Experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within the compressed air downstream market such as compressors, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, nitrogen generators, condensate technologies, or similar compressed air / downstream products and services.
Full clean driving license
Knowledge of the Scotland territory within the compressed air market
