Area Sales Manager – Structural Building Materials
A regional account development role promoting our clients’ award-winning range of lintels and structural building materials into national and regional house builders across the South East and South Central region.
Package: £45k-£50k basic with a £5k bonus scheme +

Territory: South East, Home Counties and South Central
The Role – Area Sales Manager:
* You will be tracking and winning new developments with house builders at regional office level
* Promoting an award-winning range of lintels and structural building materials
* My client already has national agreements in place with the Top 30 national housebuilders, and many of the larger regional housebuilders
* This role is all about getting around their offices, strengthening relationships, building rapport, influencing design, and ensuring it's your building materials being specified into each new development
The Successful Applicant - Area Sales Manager:
* You will already have field sales experience gained within the construction industry
* Applicants with experience selling into house builders or developers will be readily received, but is not essential
* This role is about building relationships, and my client is more interested in someone that is memorable, engaging and able to build rapport
