Area Sales Business Manager
Overview:
Infinity Employment are seeking an experienced Area Business Sales manager to join one of our clients who are one of the UK’s leading suppliers for industry materials. With many locations over the South Coast and a goal to grow further, this is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and extremely driven to build their own area with any product to distribute. Uncapped commission along with a profit share of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Increase percentage share of lapsed clients within the business currently
- Develop and implement strategies to build your area of new business, enhance productivity and profitability
- Monitor your performance metrics and KPIs to drive new business and acquire new opportunities for the business
- Create a business plan to show growth within the industry you choose
- Conduct regular visits to clients
- Manage the sales and turnover of stock ordered from your clients
- Collaborate with senior management to align area goals with overall company objectives
- Successfully build a new area of the business
Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial/Sales role, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage and open new doors to win business
- Proactive leader in supporting and nurturing new relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various customers and the team
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Emotional intelligence
- Confident with making quick decisions
- Bubbly and positive with a determination to win business
- Good listening skills
Hours
Mon - Friday 37.5 hours
Flexi working after completed training
