A great opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join a growing façade and walling systems specialist. The successful individual will have a background working in a specification / Technical sales role in the construction product sector.
Area Sales Manager Position Remuneration
Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)

Area Sales Manager Position Overview
Report to the Sales Director
Responsible for developing specifications and opportunities within both the New Build and Refurbishment sectors.
Selling construction products into this market
Liaise with architects, consultants, main contractors, developers and specialist façade installation contractors at all levels.
Area Sales Manager Position Requirements
Understanding of the construction process and market.
Minimum 3 years working within a construction specification / technical sales role
Knowledge of the facades and cladding market.
Experience of engagement with architects, consultants, main contractors, developers and specialist façade installation contractors.
