Area Sales Manager

Are you a commercially driven sales professional with experience in transport refrigeration, refrigerated vehicles, fleet or the wider commercial vehicle sector?

We are working with a leading organisation within the transport and temperature controlled solutions market, who are looking for an Area Sales Manager to take responsibility for driving sales growth across the Southwest and East of England.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and working closely with a network of partners to make a real impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing and developing key customer and channel partner relationships

* Identifying opportunities to increase sales, revenue and market share

* Creating and delivering territory sales plans

* Working with internal teams to support sales and marketing activity

* Delivering product and sales training to partners

* Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities

* Supporting customers and resolving issues effectively

Who They’re Looking For:

* Previous direct or field based sales experience

* Experience within transport refrigeration, refrigerated vehicles, fleet, truck, van, transport or the wider commercial vehicle sector

* Strong relationship building and business development skills

* Excellent communication and presentation abilities

* A proactive and customer focused approach

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Full UK driving licence

* Flexibility to travel across the Southwest and East of England
