Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 5 Saturday mornings
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus
Overview:
We are recruiting for a Area Sales Manager, to join our client's Electrical Wholesale business, covering Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.
You'll be responsible for developing existing accounts, winning new business, and driving sales growth across your territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional who thrives on building long-term customer relationships and delivering results.

• Hours 8am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday + Saturday’s (Rota: 1 every 5 weeks 8am – 12pm)
Responsibilities:
• Looking after existing customers on a daily basis to maximise & drive the sales opportunities.
• Win day to day business through service, relationships & trust
• Achieve sales targets set in relation to both turnover & Gross Profit to maximise bonuses.
• Lead & Project generation & help the sales teams to successfully win.
• Business planning & review meetings working with senior team.
• Leading by example the drive for new trading accounts.
• Ensure continual awareness of new & updated products as necessary.
Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale industry experience.
• Area Sales Manager experience.
• Driving Licence.
• Able to demonstrate sample products confidently face to face to potential clients.
• The ability to independently plan, organise and work to tight deadlines.
• Be confident working towards and achieving sales targets.
