About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to treat your area as your own business, developing area knowledge, gaining new leads and closing and ongoing account management, We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join a growing organisation within the KBB sector but industry knowledge is not critical:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop routes to market, defining key activities to best reach each target audience

Developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base within your assigned territory

Identifying and generating leads to support continued growth

Promoting a range of products and solutions to prospective clients

Managing and developing existing accounts to strengthen relationships and increase revenue

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to building long-term client relationships.

Skills and Experience Required

Experience within a related sector (e.g. interiors, construction, or home improvement) is advantageous

Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives

Confident, resilient, and self-motivated

Positive attitude with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Strong customer service and account management skills

Comfortable using basic IT systems, including email and CRM platforms

Ability to manage your own territory effectively and work independently

Able to use social media to resource, connect and develop new routes to market in your area
