Area Managers Role

The Area Facilities Manager is a key role in the operations team for delivery of the client and internal requirements across several client sites.

The Area Facilities Manager will have full responsibility of the operational delivery, compliance, KPI performance, resourcing, financial performance, and client relationships. They will act as part of the escalation procedure for their sites, and for others as required. Reporting into the Regional Manager you will hold full accountability for the hard and soft services across multiple sites.

Area manager's Requirements

You should have experience in dealing with hard and soft services.

P&L Responsibilities

Strong customer facing skills, dealing with challenging clients.

Full understanding on the compliance across all aspects of Building Services.

This role will be based in and around Portsmouth and Southampton, dealing with all the courtrooms and magistrates within the area. MOBILE job role.

45k + 5% bonus with a company car.
