Rachel Kraan, Principle Consultant of Compass Associates Ltd has partnered with small classic care home provider in their recruitment for an experienced Area Manager. Due to organic growth, this is a newly created position for the group. They are looking for a passionate, commercial-driven person to take the reins of 6 Nursing l elderly care homes which are all rated either GOOD with CQC.
To be a part of this fantastic team, you will be an experienced Regional / Area Manager who can demonstrate outstanding levels of care, be happy with national travel/overnight stays, worked within the 'crème de la crème' of the nursing home sector, and be able to work independently to strive for the best.
