Job Title: Area Manager - *Portuguese/Spanish Speaking
Location: Between Luton & Watford
Salary: £38,000 + Annual Bonus
Type: Full-time / Permanent
Shift Patterns: Monday - Saturday, 06:00 - 16:00 (40 hours per week)

Role Purpose
As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and management of our In Store Cleaning Managers (ISCM) and Mobile Support teams across multiple retail stores in Stratford, East London. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our cleaning services meet and exceed the client's expectations, with a strong focus on delivering KPIs, monthly audits, and maintaining effective communication channels with store managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Oversee cleaning and other services through ISCMs, ensuring compliance with agreed processes and KPI delivery.
* Recruitment & Training: Recruit, train, and develop ISCMs, ensuring they can lead and motivate their teams effectively. Conduct regular training needs analysis and provide training solutions.
* Budget Management: Manage store budgets within set targets and authorize weekly payrolls, continually optimising rotas for efficiency.
* Performance Monitoring: Regularly audit stores, address performance issues proactively, and implement corrective actions to achieve KPIs.
* HR Compliance: Ensure legal training compliance, store training records safely, and apply disciplinary procedures as necessary.
* Communication & Quality: Maintain effective communication with management, attend customer meetings, manage store openings, and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety policies.
