Area Manager
Crawley, West Sussex
£35,000 per year, plus company van & fuel card
Resourcing group have an exciting opportunity to join a leading commercial cleaning company, with a business built on an exceptional reputation of delivering reliable, efficient and quality cleaning services across the UK.
The Area manager will be responsible for covering up to 40 sites, with 100 cleaning operatives across Crawly & parts of Sussex, with monthly audits
This opportunity requires aspects of managing your own diary. The area manager will be expected be on site when the cleaning operatives are, meaning a working week would usually consist of 4 days a week visiting a couple sites a day, with one day a week working from home.
A few contracts within the company include:
Retail
Car showrooms
Commercial office spaces
Health care clinics
The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked for other contract cleaning companies, and has experience in running several sites, as well as the managing of the cleaning operatives on those sites. Strong knowledge & understanding of soft services is a must also.
