Area Cleaning Manager
Do you have sound experience as an Area Cleaning Manager or a Cleaning Supervisor, either for a single site or an area, and looking for your next challenge?
Are you self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build outstanding relationships with your team as well as on-site customers?
If so, you’ve got the skills to be considered for our position of Area Cleaning Manager in Sutton:
The Role:
Area Cleaning Manager
40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday
£30,000 per annum plus a company van.
The area: Schools and council buildings in Sutton, Reigate and Banstead with regular travel around the area.
The team: about 40 cleaners and 4 Site Supervisors.
As an Area Cleaning Manager, you’ll be looking after a team of cleaners working on different sites in the area and making sure the cleaning operations on the sites run smoothly.
This includes the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, wellbeing and motivation of your team, as well as stock ordering, carrying out regular audits and timesheet completion. You will be working directly with the Service Manager for the area.
