We are recruiting for an Archive & Logistics Coordinator to join a specialist storage and logistics operation based in Winsford. This is a varied, hands-on role combining archive management, logistics support and customer service within a secure storage environment. Approximately 20% of the role will involve operating a forklift truck, so a valid FLT licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming documents and archive materials.
Store, locate and retrieve customer assets accurately and efficiently.
Prepare customer orders for collection and delivery.
Operate and maintain a computerised document tracking and logging system.
Scan and record assets to ensure full traceability.
Support transport administration, work order processing and route planning.
Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer requests.
Operate a forklift truck as part of daily warehouse and storage activities.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site presentation.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.
About You
Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
IT literate with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach.
Comfortable working in a secure underground storage environment.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
