Salary: £25,000 – £33,000
Are you a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Visualiser looking for a new challenge? Due to some exciting new projects being taken on, our client is continuing to grow it’s team and is seeking a creative professional to bring their architectural visions to life. This dynamic role involves producing high-quality 3D models and visualisations, coloured planning drawings, illustrative plans and diagrams and impactful documentation. If you have a strong portfolio that showcases your design and technical skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality 3D models and visualisations
* Produce coloured planning drawings, illustrative plans, and diagrams
* Develop visually impactful documentation
* Collaborate with the architecture and urban design teams
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
* Enhance architectural concepts, designs, and drawings through varied presentation techniques
Key Attributes & Skills Needed:
* 2+ years of professional visualisation experience
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Proficiency in SketchUp, Twinmotion and Enscape
* Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
* Ability to manage own workload and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to share ideas and seek help when needed
