Description:
Konker is currently recruiting for an Architectural Visualiser to join an award-winning architectural practice based in Portishead.
This practice has three studios across the UK and employs a group of roughly 70 staff members. Due to winning two substantial projects and securing new business, they are recruiting for a dedicated Architectural Visualiser to work with the architecture and urban design teams.
They are known for providing services within the architectural, sustainability, and urban design sectors. Projects wise they work on anything related to the residential developer sector including care homes, retirement villages, small-medium and large housing schemes, master planning, and urban design.
The role of Architectural Visualiser will involve producing high-quality visualisations and 3D models, coloured planning drawings, and illustrative plans and diagrams. Candidates will also be involved in producing deliverables requiring creative flair that matches the needs of clients.
This position will require acute technical proficiency, utilising tools such as Adobe Suite, Twinmotion, Enscape, and Sketchup. The ability to produce hand drawings is also advantageous for this position.
Successful applicants will have a portfolio demonstrating a skillset tailored to design and technical capability alongside a keen interest in architecture. They will also be able to captivate clients through exciting and varied presentation techniques to gain planning permission. Due to a lack of public transport links near the studio, candidates are required to have their own car and driving license.

Previous experience in visualisation and graphic design The salary for this position ranges from £26,000 to £33,000 depending on previous experience and they offer regular mentoring and support, if needed.
