A brilliant opportunity to join a multi-award-winning Architectural Practice based in Winchester as an Experienced Architectural Technologist in their highly reputable team.
This well-established award-winning Practice are searching for an Architectural Technologist that has a depth of experience specialising in Classical and Traditional architecture as well as contextual Urban Design

The successful Architectural Technologist will have a proven job running ability along with experience in delivering bespoke residential projects and producing comprehensive presentation drawings. You will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure with a sound knowledge of construction methods and details.
Essential Requirements for candidates:
Architectural Technology degree or similar
CIAT registered (desirable)
5+ years minimum post qualification UK experience
Demonstratable experience delivering bespoke residential projects
Strong interest in Traditional Architecture
Experience working across all RIBA stages
Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regs and construction working methods.
Possess strong communication skills and have a meticulous attention to detail.A highly competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Architectural Technologist likely to be in the region of £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience.
