Running projects and coordinating design teams through the RIBA stages, particularly post-contract.
Producing and coordinating detailed technical information, drawings, and specifications.
Developing practical, compliant, and buildable technical solutions.
Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project delivery.
Managing project information and ensuring documentation is accurate and coordinated.
Attending design team and project meetings, contributing to successful project outcomes.
Supporting quality assurance processes and maintaining high technical standards.
Providing guidance and support to junior team members where required.Ideal Candidate
Experienced Architectural Technologist with a proven background delivering projects within an architectural practice.
Experience running projects and coordinating design teams.
Strong technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of construction methods and detailing.
Good understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work, particularly post-contract stages.
Proficient in Revit with experience producing and coordinating technical information.
Able to work autonomously while reporting to Associates and Directors.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a growing practice.
