Role Overview:
Collaborating with architects and other team members to develop detailed designs and technical specifications.
Utilizing technical expertise to create accurate and efficient drawings using industry-standard software.
Conducting site visits and assessments to ensure designs align with regulatory standards and project requirements.
Participating in project meetings and offering valuable insights to enhance design efficiency.Requirements:
Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.What the Client Offers:
