An fantastic opportunity with a multi-award winning Architectural Practice based in West Sussex seeking an Experienced Architectural Technologist to join their talented team.
This established Sussex based firm are searching for an Architectural Technologist that is highly Revit proficient to create working and technical drawings for their multi-disciplinary practice, provide design solutions and have a forward thinking approach working within the commercial, healthcare, leisure and residential sectors
The practice boasts 20 years of Nationwide operations within the chosen sectors working with state of the art BIM processes, Utilisation of virtual reality and state of the art tools, The successful Architectural Technologist will have an array of modern tools and technology create a high standard of drawings and design solutions
Essential Requirements for candidates:
Degree level qualification in Architectural Technology (BA or BSc)
3-5 years minimum post qualification UK experience
CIAT Chartership (Desirable)
Full Proficiency in REVIT (Essential) demonstrated in portfolio
Working knowledge of NBS CAWS or NBS Chorus (Desirable)
Strong knowledge with Building Regs and construction working methods.
Experience with BIM Software and processes.
Ability to prepare detailed working and technical drawing packages.
Proven ability to work independently or as part of a wider team
Demonstrated experience working on RIBA stages 4-7A competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Architectural Technologist likely to be in the region of £35,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience.
