With a strong presence in the market, they operate primarily across London and the Home Counties but with work throughout the UK.
Role Overview:
As an Architectural Technician based at their London office, you will report directly to the Directors and Associate Director. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting Senior Surveyors, managing smaller projects, and executing various architectural tasks with autonomy. These include conducting measured surveys, producing drawings using AutoCAD, preparing and submitting planning applications, generating supporting documentation, and producing Building Regulation and construction drawings.
Additionally, you will engage in general professional work, liaise with colleagues from different disciplines, conduct site visits, and undertake any other tasks as required, including site inspections to assess construction details and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Surveyors and manage smaller projects independently.
• Undertake measured surveys and produce drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare and submit planning applications, including supporting documentation and drawings.
• Produce Building Regulation and construction drawings.
• Engage in general professional work and collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess construction details and materials.
