Role Objectives:

As an Architectural Technologist within our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of design. Key objectives include:

Creating comprehensive architectural information to support project development.

Managing a diverse portfolio of opportunities with efficiency and excellence.

Collaborating closely with our team and management to ensure seamless project execution.

Main Duties:

* Produce detailed architectural design information, either independently or as part of a collaborative team effort.

* Liaise with our Technical Director for sign-off on architectural design information.

* Develop and maintain project programs to ensure timely completion and effective communication of deadlines.

* Coordinate management reviews throughout the design process.

* Manage individual projects from inception to completion, as needed.

* Collaborate with our customer team and colleagues to align on information and design specifications.

* Engage with third parties and suppliers to integrate input into design detailing.

* Analyse project documents to understand client requirements, timescales, and specific instructions.

* Maintain file structures on internal servers or external platforms to ensure accessibility and version control.

* Ensure all produced documents meet client requirements and compliance standards.

* Participate in meetings, negotiations, presentations, and client engagements as necessary.

* Prepare case studies and conduct external research to support project objectives.

Person Specification:

General:

* 3-5 years of experience in supporting construction projects as an architectural technologist.

* HNC/HND and/or degree-level qualifications.

* Relevant experience in the housing sector, especially Retrofit and PAS2035.

* Understanding of customer needs and objectives.

* Up-to-date knowledge of Planning, Building Regulations, and the Building Safety Act.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Familiarity with 3D rendering packages.

* Interest in sustainability and how good design can enhance lives.
