Architectural Technician – Residential

Newquay, Cornwall

£30,000 - £40,000

About the role

·Ensure compliance with all relevant Technical and CDM legislation while ensuring their house types meet building regulations and warranty requirements.

·Monitoring and reporting on the progress of developments, preparing architectural drawings, and ensuring all architectural information is accurate, clear, and professionally presented.

·Title Overlays & Pre-Construction Packs

·Create title overlays and assist in preparing pre-exchange and pre-completion packs.

What we would like from you

·Proficient in AutoCAD, Archicad and AutoDesk 3D

·Attention to detail on design work

·Basic skills in Sketchup and Photoshop – desirable

·Ability to work to deadlines

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
