Architectural Technician
Location: Hull
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
A national multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering projects across the industrial, commercial, office and rail sectors, is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to strengthen its Hull team.

Create drawing packages in Revit
Prepare building regulations drawings and construction details
Produce tender drawings and supporting information packages
Coordinate architectural information with other members of the project team
Attend site visits and carry out surveys to check technical complianceWhat the client is looking for:
A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology
Relevant post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician in a UK practice
Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit experience viewed as a bonus
A good working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical ability, with experience of producing drawings across RIBA Stages 3-6
A background in commercial or industrial projects
Excellent communication and organisational skills
