This niche, independent architectural consultancy who work on the edge of a marina in a desirable location have started 2026 with many new commissions with more still to happen. They operate in the housing sector with bespoke developers and private clients throughout the South West.
Working alongside a Senior Technician you will have a great variety to your job as you attend sites and carry out measure surveys. You will produce working drawings, floor plans and elevations ensuring project timescales are being adhered to.
We are looking to hear from people who have worked in an architectural environment for 2 years or more with AutoCAD literacy. You will have a good understanding of the construction legislations and have strong detailing skills.
