I am actively seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join a well-established, successful Architectural Practice in Manchester. This dynamic and thriving practice has 60 years of offering expertise throughout a range a sector with their focus currently being in the residential, leisure an hotel sectors. They have cultivated a supportive culture that drives technical excellence and innovation into their designs.

The successful candidate will have post qualification experience especially on RIBA work stages 4 and 5, hold technical expertise in industry standard software and have comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant post qualification experience in the UK
A degree in architectural technology or similar HND/HNC
Proven experience working on RIBA stages 4-5
Technical expertise in Revit is essential as well as other industry standard software
Experience working in a range of sectors
Commercial project experience is advantageous or large scale residential, leisure or hotels
A passionate and self-motivated approach to work and professional development
Work well both independently and in a team
strong technical abilites and keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Good working knowledge of up to date building regulations
