I am working with a well established, multidisciplinary practice to find an Architectural Technician to join their team in Flintshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established multidisciplinary developer offering a broad range of expertise within the residential sector.

Prepare and submit planning applications, drawings, and associated documentation
Develop initial planning proposals through to detailed construction drawings
Attend site visits and ensure projects meet the required technical standards
Prepare technical specifications, tender packages, and detailed working drawing packagesSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology
Previous post-qualification experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience working on residential projects and managing projects through the various stages
Strong technical knowledge and excellent presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational abilities
