Manage and deliver on a range of Leisure projects
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary teamSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
Relevant degree or diploma within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Experience working on projects within the Leisure sector is desirable
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
