Deliver industrial projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build strong working relationships and ensure successful project deliverySkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on industrial projects is desirable
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
CIAT membership or working towards chartership
Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
