Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed technical drawings and documentation.
Utilise Revit software proficiently to create accurate and detailed architectural models and drawings.
Contribute to the design development process by providing technical expertise and insights.
Produce documentation for large-scale commercial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, preferably on large-scale commercial projects.
Proficiency in Revit software is essential.
Strong technical skills with the ability to produce detailed drawings and documentation.
Knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant qualifications in architecture or a related field.
