I am actively recruiting for an Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join a dynamic and thriving Practice in Gloucester. My client have over 35 years of providing cutting edge, sustainable and creative designs in a range of sectors including hospitality, education and healthcare. This award-winning Practice heave earnt themselves a great reputation and cultivated long lasting relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will be joining a talented and friendly team, bringing with them a passion for creating sustainable architectural designs, strong technical capabilities including being confident user of ArchiCAD or Vectorworks.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
A relevant HND or degree in Architectural Technology
Substantial post qualification experience
Experience in healthcare or residential sectors
Excellent communication skills
Comprehensive understanding of current Building regulations and requirements
Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Vectorworks
Proactive approach to work and continued professional development
Strong technical capabilities
