They are actively seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join the team in oxford.
The successful candidate will have extensive post qualification experience with hands on technical expertise, being proficient in AutoCAD and having proven experience working on site.

Responsibilities, experience, and skills for the role of Architectural Technician:
Relevant degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or related subject
Workings towards MCIAT or already chartered
Substantial post qualification experience
Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
Hold technical excellence and have a keen eye for detail
Proven track record producing high quality technical drawings
Experience of design in the residential experience
You will have site-based experience
Be able to hit the ground running and work independently
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge across all RIBA work stages
