A small, well-established Architecture & Design studio is looking to secure an Architectural Technician to join their close-knit team based close to Rayleigh in Essex.
For the past 20 years this successful company have managed to deliver on a consistent work-flow of design projects within the Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use sectors. They are now well-placed to add a talented Architectural Technician to their team.
This company are offering the opportunity to become a vitally important part of their operations and gain exposure to all stages of the design process.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
Demonstrable experience working within UK architectural industry
Confident preparing drawings for residential, commercial & mixed-use works
Ability to assist on preparation of planning packs/applications as well as Design & Access Statements
Up to date with current Building Regulations and codes of practice
Fully proficient in AutoCAD
Knowledge of SketchUp & Photoshop is desirable
The successful Architectural Technician can expect to receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £30k-£32k (dependent on experience).
