Salary: £35-40,000
A long-established, multi-disciplinary architectural practice based in Birmingham is looking to appoint an experienced and technically minded Architectural Technician to join its supportive and collaborative team. Role and Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician position
* Assist with the technical development and delivery of projects across a variety of RIBA work stages
* Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
* Liaise closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
* Prepare accurate technical details and specifications to maintain high project standards
* Organise and prioritise workload effectively to ensure deadlines are achieved
Required Skills and Experience
* Qualification in Architectural Technology or a similar discipline
* Previous experience working within a UK architectural practice
* Proficient in the use of Revit
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction techniques, and technical detailing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach
